Admissions Process

Inspired Learning Academy offers a thoughtful, relationship-centered admissions process to ensure the best fit for each learner and our learning community.

To be considered in our priority round of admissions decisions:

  • Schedule your School Tour to occur on or before March 12th

  • Admissions decisions will be sent by March 31st

Applications received after March 12th may be reviewed on a space-available basis. If capacity is reached, qualified applicants may be offered a spot on our waitlist or considered in a second round of decisions.

Select a convenient time from our tour appointment calendar. 

Pre-Tour Applications

Once a tour is scheduled, we'll send you links to complete the pre-tour applications.  These will need to be completed to confirm your tour.

Student Interview

If your child is a potential candidate, we'll schedule a youth interview (can be in-person or on Zoom.)

Enroll

If you receive an admission offer, simply submit the enrollment paperwork along with registration fee and be welcomed into the Inspired family!

Discounted in-full payment: $12,470  by Aug 1st

10 monthly installments (Aug 1st – May 1st): $1297*

Sibling discount: 10%

*For families eligible to use Texas Education Funds, we are in the process of applying to accept these TEFA funds.  We can hold your enrollment spot pending that acceptance.

How to Enroll: Price List

  • Weekly 1-on-1 meetings with a designated Mentor

  • Parent-Teacher conference ~6 weeks into the school year with an optional second one in the second semester

  • Support in the development of an overall educational plan and personalized schedule

  • Ability to request classes of interest

  • Group Classes at Inspired

  • Costs for online group and independent study classes

  • Books and class materials

  • Support to design and complete private academic projects and curricula

  • Support to find volunteer work, jobs, and internships

  • Support in developing highly sought-after “soft skills”

  • Guidance in creating and completing a life-changing leadership or passion project

  • Support in discovering individual passion, purpose and career/life path


FLEXIBILITY

We offer flexible scheduling options as needed (e.g., for elite athletes, for internships).  There are no penalties for family vacations in the middle of the school year nor for taking as much time as you need to recover from illness.

PRO-RATED FEES AND REFUNDS

The yearly tuition is pro-rated for students joining in the middle of the year based on the number of weeks attending out of the full school year. There are no refunds for the registration fee or tuition already paid.
